I wish I could leave a 0 star review. They made online price issues and didn’t keep their word and asked the consumer pay the difference because THEY made a mistake. Not a good company to stick to their online prices.

Edit: Editing this review in response to your call and your response to my review. Please don't input false information on how this all happened after we had our phone call. Yes, I ordered 5146503AD and checked out at a specific price, two days later I'm told its not the correct part yet I mentioned that 5146503AD is the part I want, so don't change the order. We then were told it jumped from $127.00 to $1,005.06 because of a website "issue" on your end and I need to pay the difference. The original order was placed at one price, then changed days later which you guys can't honor. Which we all know is "false advertisement" but without any problems on my end I told your associates to cancel my order and put in a refund with no problem. The problem you guys have now is my honest review on my experience. Plus the person who called me and asked me to seek a church because I didn't want to change my review is something I find silly. I did not disrespect him nor was I out of line, his frustration that he couldn't convince me was probably why he ended on that. Thanks and Happy New Year as well.

This company was amazing to work with, especially Roy. Their customer service was exemplary, My purchase was a gift for a family member that resulted in numerous calls from me for clarification and process. I became embarrassed by the frequency a content of some of my questions. However, I was always treated with the utmost patience and respect. This company could teach others about customer service. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Great company, great prices. Great parts. Unfortunately, the part I ordered turned out to be not needed. And Roy, the sales representative that I spoke to when I called, cancel the order. It was very helpful and walk me through everything.I needed to do ten of ten I would definitely go through make them again when I need parts.

I received excellent customer service from Jayden today with a question about a replacement part.
With today’s fast paced, and AI evolving world; I am very happy with being able to talk human to human. It reminded me of years gone by. Good old fashioned service!
Jayden went above and beyond with assisting in verifying my replacement part was available to purchase and would work with my pickup’s configuration.
Jayden even sent an email to make the purchase process be smoother.
I called back again to verify a small discrepancy and Sam (a co-worker of Jayden) was able to assist with correcting it. Sam even was patient while I completed the purchase transaction!
I’ll be sure to use this site again for future purchases. Keep up the excellent customer service by keeping humans available for us that remember this level of service that is quickly being forgotten!

I checked out at the price listed on their site and they reached out asking me to send $1,400 more for the order to process. Either keep pricing accurate or honor your posted price. None of this bait and switch. Will order parts elsewhere.

Price was similar to other retailers, shipping cost is high, processing time is slow, resulting in a lengthy overall arrival time. For this reason, I would not recommend if you need your parts in a timely manner.
