Before working with Jenn at Winthrop, I had been working with other advisors who weren't very good at explaining their management of my account. They used too much jargon and didn't bother to explain concepts in layman's terms. What I wanted was someone who could dissect my portfolio, provide me with retirement options, and explain it all in a way that was easy to understand.

I switched to Winthrop during the COVID pandemic when everything was shut down, so that somewhat complicated the transition, but Jenn did it all with aplomb and efficiency.
