Very rude company. I dealt with a Susan Prescco, who I asked to verify what debt and who she was calling for. I asked for proof of this information to be emailed to me and it was like a switch was flipped became rude threatening me with a lawsuit and never sent the information. I even called back and no response. Im afraid this could be a scam
Susan called a week straight and said they were from location services finally got the name of the company and was able to leave this review. Sketchy at best! And hope they train better because the customer service is the worst. If I could give a 0 I would!

I wish I could chose ZERO STARS. These people will state they emailed/mailed you documents about your "debt", which is a blatant lie. I received a call today from a man who identified himself as Mike Virgio from an outsourcing company, stating I needed to verify my address. I called back and he explained that I needed to make a payment in full, I stated that I could not do that, he then hung up on me! I called back and a woman threatened me by saying "if you do not pay us, this is going to hit the credit companies and your credit report." I told her that I do not care because I have more pressing matters to deal with! She then said "then there is nothing more for us to discuss", and hung up on me AGAIN. So I called back, they picked up and instantly hung up on me, and did that about 3 more times before a man picked up and said "Jenna stop calling" and hung up again. They even called my mother about this debt! It is two days before Thanksgiving, and a month before Christmas and this is how they treat people. What makes you think anyone would want to pay you when you treat them like garbage?

would literally give 0 stars if i could. ashley steven’s is horrible. she literally threatens you and they harass you CONSTANTLY they harassed me for months over $50 was insane. truly a horrible debt collector. will call your family too.

I'm living in virginia and they called me and asked me money .they are all the way up new york .all info they have my name I don't know how come they find my name and last name .I'm the guy living like cash is king mentally no credit cards,no loan,no auto loan no hospital bills,no internet ,no gas or water bills I just got my pre paid phone .they are illegally try to collect

I’ve had the worst experience with this company and their very rude representative “Matthew.” They will call you various times and from different phone numbers until you answer, as a debt collecting company they are very, VERY unprofessional. When I spoke with Matthew to try to lower my payments since I am going through financial issues even worst with this pandemic, he would completely disagree with everything I’d say and would raise his tone with me; once I told him to please lower his voice as it’s not necessary he really said “Mam this isn’t customer service!” and SCREAMED at me and said you either take the option or leave it if not we will proceed. Not to mention the fact that my payments are consistent they will NOT try to help you in anyway after I even tried speaking to a supervisor and again SCREAMED at me and refused to transfer me because “that’s the only option you have so again take it or leave it”. I left it at if you cannot help me and agree with my lowest payments then we have nothing else to discuss & I hung up & had a o call again frustrated and emotional. Luckily Miss Sonya Parker was able to help me in the most calmest, understanding, respectful way possible to help my situation. I am definitely thankful that I spoke with her and she was able to help lower my payment to what I COULD pay. Point is, this company is very unprofessional when it comes to their staff and that Matthew guy needs to be FIRED for such terrible customer service.

Fraud. They tried calling me about a debt that did not exist. They said I used my bank account for it back in 2019 to use for a $500 loan. They said i used my license to open it with nothing more to back it their claims. I haven't had a actual bank account in 4-5 years. I was suspicious it was a scam before but then after they said that I knew it was. They assume everyone has a bank account and used that to try and trick me in to paying a unknown debt. Then they threatened court for a fake $500 debt to try and scare me in to paying. Just hang up and block these frauds like I did
