This clinic was great overall, the front desk lady was very kind and bubbly. Each time I have gone for an appointment, I have not had to wait more than 5 mins in the lobby after checking in! The clinical staff is amazing, very helpful and personable. The provider, Kristen is always very thorough, takes her time to listen to my concerns and always makes sure I understand.

This office is great, the receptionist is very kind. The clinical staff is amazing and make you feel comfortable. Kristen Ochsner was amazing, very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. This clinic can get you in pretty quickly unlike other clinics in town who make you wait for months.

Tried calling these offices on multiple occasions only to be left on hold for 12 to 15 minutes at each event if they can’t answer the phone trying to get an appointment I highly doubt they’re going to be proactive in my healthcare.

This was my first appointment with this clinic. I found PA-C Ochsner to be a brilliant, professional, and very focused caregiver. Also the other members of the staff there that I was in contact with, were first rate. They made sure that I understood everything pertinent to my visit, in spite of my poor hearing and poor eyesight. The secretary went out of her way to help me complete filling out the information forms, etc.. I came away with a great feeling of confidence about the health care I will receive from these people. I look forward to the next appointment, which a member of the staff telephone me about, and schedule for me, earlier today. My sincere thanks, and appreciation, to each person involved with the care that I am receiving from this clinic.👍🙂

The building was easy to find, the waiting room was clean and nicely decorated. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The nurse was professional and detail oriented. My encounter with the doctor was better than expected! He had a personality and he made it absolutely clear that his knowledge was on point and had no problems taking the time to explain to me what situation I have and when it’s time to be concerned. He and his nurse made sure they had permission for different areas to be examined and what I could expect. I feel I was cared for by professionals. Thank you.
