I was in contact with the owner of the company for about a month. During this time, Staffing Partners were very kind and extremely courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better agency and I'd highly recommend reaching out to them in the future. In fact, based on my previous experiences with other agencies Staffing Partners is hands down the clear cut choice. They went above and beyond basic customer service and gave me many opportunities to pursue. I'm grateful to have been contacted by them as they made the job application process stress free, and I felt like they cared about my interests and preferences for a career. Highly recommended!

I came to Staffing Partners nervous that they would treat me just like any other staffing agency... not good! But I was wrong. The gal that I had a privilege to work with... Sarah! She took such good care of me. Kept in contact with me about jobs that sent my resume too. She helped fix my resume and it looks so much better now. This company really listens to your needs and what your long term goals are for you’re career. When you do get an interview they have you come in 1hr earlier, so you can go over interview question and make you feel more calmer before the interview. They put my disability aside and treated me just like a regular person and believed along side with me in that I can do anything just like everyone else.

I drove all the way out there after I applied for a job online and I was contacted by this office. Instead of being interviewed for the job, I was shunted into a tiny room with a handful of paperwork to sign. The paperwork included requests for my social security number and other personal data, along with legally binding contracts to sign, releasing my personal information to this office. The job for which I applied never materialized. Neither did the employee with whom I had made the appointment. At seven minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I walked out. If you’re just a temp agency looking to sign on potential employees, then be up front about that. If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would.

EDIT: I was contacted by the owner who asked me to correct the times. I was early for my appointment and while I did wait more than 15 minutes in the room, only seven minutes were after the appointment time.

The interview process was amazing. We literally just sat and talked and got to know each other. It wasnt over bearing and it was actually very encouraging.

For the most part, interviews are typically "over professional" and makes the interviewee feel "small" (if that makes sense.) I felt welcomed, like my interviewer (Sarah Engen) actually cared about my success and best of all, equal.

I could go on and on... but I'm sure I painted a pretty good picture of how AMAZING I think this company is.

Staffing Partners is a very great place. The staffs actually reach out and check up on you are doing. Sarah, specifically, does this very well When you least expect it she sends and email out of the blue to check up on you and see how everything is. 6/5 stars!
