Susan was so helpful and friendly. I called about a mower they had and she answered all my questions. Went to look at it and bought same day. They delivered it the next day. Great customer service above and beyond what you expect these days.

These guys are 5 stars. Called to get my lawn tractor worked on under warranty, they came to my house, picked it up, fixed the problem and had it back to me in less than 5 days. Every time I talked to them they were friendly and very willing to help. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only will I buy John Deere mowers for life, I will buy every one of them and all my accessories from these folks.

Horrible!! Don't trust these guys. I took my riding lawnmower here to get fixed and they claimed that it needed $1300.00 worth of work to get it working again. ( when you can buy a brandnew lawnmower for $1400.00). We decided to get a 2nd opinion and took it to a place in Maize and they were able to get it working for only $150.00!! Apparently Prairieland is in the business of scamming people, lying to get more money out of them!!
