Wish I could leave 0 stars. Your motto is about not being like other angencies and being respectful but whatever lady you assigned to my file was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to (her name is Jennifer or something like that) She was making me disclose information that she has no right to know, being rude whenever I explained myself and telling me what to do with MY “leftover money” that was for bills that I can’t miss. I will definitely be calling to ask to have another person assigned. Teach your employees better customer service and maybe you’ll have more than 1 star rating.

My stupid bank (don't wanna name names) made a mistake and sent my "debt" to Partners in Credit. First I was dubious and refuse to give them my info. The rep was understanding, gave me a ref number to call TD (oops) and verify everything on my own. After sorting out everything with the bank, they followed up telling me about release letter and how I should contact credit bureau on my own asap to remain in good standing. The whole process was frustrating but my rep was patient understanding and courteous all through.

I'm sorry to hear all the bad stories people posted here. Honestly I have some negative associations about collection agencies. After this experience I think it's mostly unwarranted and based on my personal biases and prejudice. I actually wish other institutions I deal with in life are as sense making and efficient as Partners in Credit.

I received a call asking for a tatal stranger from this collection agency , then I was told that they opened an account for a company where my name does not exist , what kind of scam is this. I called the Fraud department and the bank said that this account does not exist and my name is clean and good standings. I can't understand how this agency just undertakes a file without the proper investigations. Is the agnecy part of frauds and scams. ............

Repeatedly calling me about debt that doesn't exist. I contacted both major credit beaureaus for Canada along with the bank in question and the debt doesn't exist. No one can find anything. Credit score is rated as "excellent" and nothing is showing. They robo call you and then expect you to give out ALL your personal info before they tell you who they are or why they're calling. Highly recommend doing the research and ground work for your credit history yourself before answering any of their questions. Dangerous company.

Calling me for debt I never had then when I hang up on him he leaves me a message sounding all disappointed and frustrated with me like to bad buddy just keep doing ur job and calling we about to become best friends lmao ?

J'ai reçu deux fois un appel de leurs part sur une dette qui me semble très suspects avec un montent anormalement élevée et qu'il mon sois disant appeler un mois avant et j'ai reçu aucun avis part écrit, sa sens l'arnaque faite attention ne donner aucune information

En date d'aujourd'hui, je dois avouer avoir reçu un service exemplaire de la part de l'agent qui s'occupait de mon dossier. Le suivi s'est fait de façon constante, la personne était compréhensive et patiente. Je n'ai jamais eu l'impression d'être en défaut, de faire quelque chose de mal ou d'être jugé. Mes questions et mes appels se sont toujours fait répondre très rapidement. Personnellement, j'ai eu une excellente expérience tout considéré (c'est quand même un bureau de recouvrement de crédit) 🙂
