Appalling experience, be wary.

I've unfortunateley had an extremely negative experience with Partner Pete. I am an expat who moved to the Netherlands with very little knowledge on how the market works, and they are not only incompetent but they take advantage of this and take little responsibility for their actions.

I used the service to help me set up bills in a new apartment. They set up my gas & electricity bill wrong and reported the wrong address/meter. This meant that I was incorrectly charge a 7,000 euro bill.

The consequence of their actions has meant several months of having to get lawyers involved, a huge amount of admin and also a risk of affecting my credit rating. All because they set up the contract wrong.

When I reached out to PartnerPete to get support with the mistake which their colleagues made (as recommended by the energy company), they completely dismissed any responsibility. Highly concerning - and they have caused me a huge amount of stress.

And then they had the arrogance to send a marketing email to me asking for more support.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They are interested in taking a cut and take little responsibility for the mess they made. As an expat trying to navigate a new environment all they did was create a disaster.

Geholpen aan de telefoon door een zeer vriendelijke man. Alles keurig uitgelegd wat betreft aansluiting van gas/water/licht. In een mum van tijd heb je je contracten geregeld.

Operators struggling to make appointments that were booked through their own systems. I had to reschedule my call 3 times after receiving no phone call from Partner Pete. To add salt to the wound, after calling the customer service number, I was told my details were captured in the system but my appointment wasn't - even though I had received the reminder email 24hrs before my appointment and the calendar invite. They need to ensure their systems are working as intended.
