Marissa and her team are the real deal and you can't get any better.

During my first call with Marissa I knew straight away she was someone who is passionate and very professional.

- I received emails with steps to follow broken down very simply and she was always willing to answer any of my questions via call or email.

- I was updated often when things changed pertaining to my file

- getting a hold of Marissa and her team was very fast and effective when I had questions or concerns.

Extremely rude over the phone. The woman was very short with me and laughed at my question at one point. I would never use this service after the disrespectful phone call I just had.

Edited to clarify after their response - I had to remind her of the free consultation. When I first explained the situation she said she could not help. Then after I asked about the free consultation the clear direction she provided was with short answers like “sure”, It felt dismissal rather than any sort of direction or help. Her tone and short word use was disrespectful as she tried to rush me off the phone. If you are in a customer service business you take the opportunity to turn every phone call into business rather than laughing and being entitled and rude. This place will never get any business for me after the conversation I had. My review stands as a one star. My intention is that you potentially learn from this review and in the future don’t push business away.
