owner is short tempered anything he doesnt wanna here he gets mad about ... as a costomer ive seen him openly yell at his wife about a personal issue. extremely rude and full of assumptions based on what ever he thinks. update first off he decided to message me on my personal facebook account after i posted this reveiw. yes he brought a damaged vehicle to a failing buisness i was attempting to save with an over heating problem. he left the vehicle with me and yuh ou guessed it .. it over heated after he made a guess repair on the vehicle. when he delivered the vehicle the said shop it had absolutely no coolant in the system at all. but he drove it to the shop ... poor choice .. the vehicle sat out side after he brought me a few jugs of water to retest the vehicle. ... brought me water to put into a cooling system when the average temp out side was 30 degrees at night. the car set out side the shop for weeks before he brought me parts to use on the car. note the vehicle was not touched for a long time .. parts arived i went out to the vehicle to start the car and bring it in to the shop and make the repairs ... guess what ... it wouldnt start. not sure how that is my faukt but as the other reveiws feon his company are terrible as well as mine im sure anyone reading this will make the best decision on where to purchase parts from. and the fake reveiws on the company are the good ones by the way .. check the pictures names and im sure you can conect the dots to see the last names on the reveiws thanks everyone

Order: Amazon by mistake Sonax (224141) Profiline Perfect Finish - 8.45 fl. oz. a few minutes after email was sent right away to Amazon to cancel order. OEM parts haus did not respond cancelation email however a few days afterI receive an email letting me know the merchandise is on the way (I have NO Amazon prime membership) merchandise was drop by the door contact Amazon open a case to oem Part Haus they Do contact me right away and got upset at me because I open a case through Amazon they send me a shipping label I waited almost a week and no refund. I contact them back they asked me for a tracking number they should have it on file because they are the ones who sent me that shipping label. anyways I provide the informations they requested. Day after I received another email that I was going to get a refund minus the shipping fees and -25% restocking fee the company.they couldn't save these bat review if they couldn't cancel the order right away. to prevent all this hassle and Bad review also they could have told me it was going to be deduct-$ even though it was not my fault I could have kept the merchandise and move on.
I will not recommend OEM Parts Haus it all

I ordered a product over Amazon, it was shipped in inappropriate packaging and was damaged in transit. As of this posting I am on day 13 of trying to get a return. The customer service is of the lowest quality I could imagine. The representative has consistently failed to fully read, respond to, and recall messages previously sent.

After Steve's A1 went out of business last year, I wasn't sure where I could get parts for my import in a hurry without going to the dealer. Turns out this guy is right here in Azle, Texas, with much better prices than I was able to find online. Thanks, Tim!
