Employee (David) was very rude to my wife. Laughed in her face because he assumed she ordered the wrong headlight bulb when in fact he didn’t install it correctly. He also didn’t bother to check whether the lights were working before walking away from her and ignoring when she asked him a question. When she walked back in to ask him to please check again he ignored her and rolled his eyes. She then told him she will wait at her car for him to come out when he has a minute and waited outside 30 minutes before walking back in to ask another gentleman for help. This is not the first time this employee has treated her like this. If you don’t enjoy your job or want to treat people with RESPECT, then maybe you should consider getting another. If I can rate a 0 I would. The rudeness and disrespect was not necessary. I will never come to this location again

Great auto parts store with a staff that knows what they are talking about or will point you to the right person. Recently I went in to get a new hydraulic hose for my tractor and they had everything there to make an exact replica that worked the first time within about 10 minutes. I will be coming back again and again.

Update: I continue to go back to these guys for all my auto parts and they always have what I need, in stock, and give me a great price. They make it easy!

I called the store at 7:10 am to see if they could help me replace a battery on my Outback. I was there for about 15 minutes in heavy snowfall and I gentleman named John let me borrow a tool and got me all squared away with the new battery. I would reccomend 100%. Thanks!

These guys are awesome,genuinely nice people working in here. Got me sorted out when my truck battery died on vacation. Even lent me the tools to install it so I didn’t have to buy them.

A lady who owned a Honda Passport took it to the dealer for service and they wanted $99 to replace the cabin filter. Napa sold her a premium cabin filter for $27 and it took about 5 minutes or less to install.

NAPA is there for your auto parts needs. I have shopped between NAPA and the competition and the pricing is very fair. NAPA usually has exactly what you need to fix your car and if they do not they are able to get it quickly. The staff is friendly and willing to help you out.

Very informative staff. And quite friendly. Have a lot of their mechanic lvl tools and with the same lifetime warrantee as Marco and snap on can't beat their prices. Will continue to shop and be a valuable asset to the community!

The parts man, Danny, went the extra mile to get my special order part. It arrived on the day as ordered. The gals and guys there work hard to find the parts you're looking for.
