Sold me known defective smog pump. Refused to locate replacement when failed. Professional mechanic and they still screwed me. Beware. I sent these pictures of broken pump before installing. They still demanded full price and demanded my core. Scammers come in all flavors. Called the 800 number and they were no help at all.

Shout out To Ashton. I have called about 20 auto parts places advanced auto worthless. O’Reillys no help at all no one could find the part no one cared. No one even took any time. Ashton took the time it didn’t even take him very long to figure it out and he also sent an emailed to make sure and what it looked like to make sure. And now I can get my car fixed he is the bomb.com and I appreciate somebody that actually cares. I didn’t realize that there was anybody out there these days that still did care SoNapa I will be coming to Napa, the one on Kipling and bowles for all of my needs thank you Ashton. You’re amazing. The employee refused to come out to my car to check the check engine light for me said I could do it myself tried giving me the device I have a disability and I was with my service dog!! I explained to the employee that I do not know how to use the device and I had it done at that same location before he refused to help me!! Lazy inconsiderate employee

I returned WRONG parts twice & STILL got WRONG AGAIN!!! Took parts to shop for install, SHOP removed old parts for install & HAD to put old parts back on because WRONG AGAIN!! I was charged 120$ in labor STILL!! THIS LOCATION REFUSED to work with me on reimbursement!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO NAPA AGAIN!!!

UPDATE: Owner/Manager hooked me up w discounts & gift card.. I am pleased..
