Josh Witte did an amazing job!!
We were able to find a very unique property. There were 20 offers the first week.!!! Bidding war began!! It was crazy!!! Josh Did a fantastic job and I bought my dream home!! Folks beware. If you go with Keller Williams in Wichita KS and Ronda Welsh, make sure you have a good lawyer to analyze each, and every document put in front of you. I had a recent experience where Ronda told me one thing then let the buyer dictate the direction of the entire sale. I never felt like I had any representation throughout the transaction. She said 4% commission if she didn't list it on the MLS. It wasn't listed on the MLS and the contract came from the buyer with 6%, she didn't correct it or tell me…just pushed to have it signed. Every document was prepared by the buyer, and not once did she say this is a problem...she just wanted the documents signed quickly. Since she deferred to the buyer on everything, I began to question has she done anything in my interest to the point I'm not sure the deal she said was so great really was a good deal. I've had to hire lawyers to fix documents that a good realtor would have caught and corrected... The list goes on, on...just beware!

Recently listed our house with these folks and after it had been on the market 35 days I just had some basic questions for our agent on how we could improve market penetration. My agent became very defensive, refused to listen or hear my thoughts and basically turned us over to her Broker. The Broker wasn’t much better,never apologized, offered any solutions and all but defended her agent. We pulled the listing and went somewhere else. The communication breakdown was the deal killer for us.

Dana Sawicki was the listing agent on a home we purchased yesterday. She was rude, unprofessional and uncooperative. I wouldn’t recommend her. Her attitude was unacceptable. Horrible experience. She made the process so difficult and should be ashamed of herself. I’d give her no stars if that were an option.
