Working with Victor Fong was great. We just finished our consumer proposal a week ago and the entire process was quite easy. Mary was amazing at answering all my questions and accommodating me when I had any questions or concerns. Her response time was impeccable.

At first Victor seemed to be quite knowledgeable and comforting. By the end of the 5 month experience he basically did absolutely nothing to help improve my situation. I ended up agreeing to pay back 100% of the amount owing. In addition to his poor negotiating skills, it was clear to me that his advice was self motivated. Keep in mind that trustees get paid a % of what you pay back. Worst part? The way my proposal was initially written I would have ended up paying back almost DOUBLE what I originally owed. Thank goodness I took the time to read it in full detail and address it before signing. I would definitely recommend for you to find someone else, Victor is 100% self motivated and by the end was rude and borderline unprofessional.
