She is a great person, flexible, incredibly positive and took the career transition part to my interest, made remarkably interesting. They are not more as recruitment consultants, will prepare us better to accept the next career planned job or self employment. They have provided a good insight into the industry, how to position ourselves better, tools to develop ourselves, personalized coaching to drive this exercise which stood different from what I thought initially as recruitment consultant.
