Service d'assistance 24hrs à l'étranger ne répond pas pendant plusieurs heures !!
Des soins d'urgences devaient être pratiqué.
Le paiement dont nous n'avions pas l'argent devait être éffectué !
Tout semble être fait pour décourager la clientèle.
Un grand manque de communication se fait sentir au sein de l'entreprise ...

On n'a pas voulu me rembourser alors que c'est leurs agents qui m'ont donné des informations erronnées. Après environ 6 mois à m'obstiner et à tenter des dizaines de contact, j'ai finalement reçu un message comme quoi ils me rembourseraient et que j'aurais un chèque par la poste en 2-3 semaines. Ça fait 3-4 mois de ça et toujours rien reçu, ils sont impossibles à joindre.

Terrible company. Their employees struggle to speak English so communication is difficult. They take a very long time to reply to emails and half the service employees don’t even know what they’re doing.

Worst possible company to use through TD auto club. They leave you stranded on highways because they say unsafe for tow truck drivers. Also would not change a flat tire in my driveway because inch of snow. Said it had to be towed to nearest station which they chose as 30 minutes away when there are several closer. Closer tow truck eventually came out and wondered why the heck it needed to be towed instead changing tire. Stay away from this company.

Horrible roadside assistance and customer service. Twice now they rejected my tow because the customer service rep's interpretation of their rule is as such. They understand their policies as one thing and would twist the words and deny you tow at all costs. First time they offered to tow me to a body shop for a mechanical breakdown because that is the closest repair shop. Horrible service every time. No manager to report their services and no followup calls.

Ne faites jamais affaire avec AXA! Impossible de les joindre pour un remboursement d’assistance routière depuis le 6 avril 2022. Numéros de téléphone erronés sur ce site et dans le dernier courriel reçu. AXA est un fantôme lorsqu’il s’agit de remboursement.

This is the actual worst travel insurance that I have ever used. Almost 6 months later I'm still waiting for reimbursement and they "decided" to only reimburse me half of the cost of the medical assistance. Save your coins and spare yourself from a lot of stress and get another insurance.
